St. Matthew's Episcopal Church Parish Hall
St. Matthew's Episcopal Church is offering "Safeguarding Our Children in Ministry," an educational program for preventing and responding to child sexual abuse in everyday life and in ministry.
Training will be on Saturday, September 17 at 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Parish Hall, 315 6th Stree S., by the Rev. Michael Fay.
Parents, congregations, church leaders, clergy and activities/programs leaders can benefit from this training. It utilizes two videos, workbooks and discussions.
If you are an adult concerned about children and youth, come learn what the signs are and how you can prevent or respond to child sexual abuse. congregations and large groups are asked to RSVP.
